Chad Kimble was born and raised right here in the Shenandoah Valley.  His family roots in this area allow his love for the Valley to grow.  Chad enjoys exploring hiking trails, gardening, traveling, and baking with his family. 

Chad graduated with degrees from Brigham Young University and the University of Virginia, and he was a teacher before changing his career to real estate in 2015.

Chad's career in real estate has remained strong since being named Rookie of the Year in 2016 and he has been a top sales award winner with the local area since that time.  Chad says one of his greatest joys is seeing the perfect match of property and people come together.  Chad primarily focuses on the areas along I-81 from Harrisonburg to Winchester.  Chad uses the latest REALTOR® and company resources and stays up to date on the state and local real estate market, regulations, marketing, and technology to help his buyers and sellers achieve their dreams. Chad is licensed in both Virginia and West Virginia.
